Happy New Year

We have strong family traditions for epiphany. This year we are not at home on Epiphany so instead of New years celebration we celebrated Epiphany today. That means we lit all the candles and chose the best christmas card of the year. Of course we will watch the fire works in the night.

Here are all the Christmas cards we rechieved this year. I LOVE CHRISTAS CARDS! Thank you all for sending one to us!

This is the best!

I wish you all Happy and Blessed New Year 2007! May the peace of our lord be with you in everything that comes along on your way next year!

Dear Maiju..My niece Rachel has candles all over in her home and when we go there to visit, we have such a warm cozy feeling as we are sitting with extended family all talking!
My dad who was a fire fighter in the air force worries about this because Rachel has three rambunctious dogs and my one lttle cousin, Grace's 3 year old grandchild who is running all over the place chasing those dogs and Dad is afraid that one of these days one of those candles will go flying!!
They are so pretty though and Rachel DOES keep a watchful eye..

Take care Maiju.
Your candles are just beautiful!....Love Terry

Thank you Andrea, Maggie Ann and Saija!

Terry, with living fire comes the great responsibility. We are very careful with fire.

Saija, for many years I didn't put the cards on the wall but now I did it again and it really was worth it! And we are still waiting for the snow...

Dear Maiju...How could I have ever frogotten you!!
I just saw you on Jeanette's "Spiritual Quest" blog and then I remembered.
I have to get Noel Lewis to put you on my favorite links. I made these links so that i could just go down them and visit my friends. I have you on my desk top but I have been using the links instead.

Thank you Terry for remembering me and for reminding me that might actually be people who might want to read my blog.

Well, I have been busy and I've decided to spend more time with my family so something I have to let go. I try to post something at least once a month. At the end of this month I go to South Africa for a week to visit our friendship school. Of that blog I'll blog!!

Thank you Ang!

I love reading your blog too! It's funny how some one can feel so close as you to me even with the long distance both in kilometres and time. :)

Keep smiling, God loves you!
